In the coffee production process, carefully selected green coffee beans are stored under appropriate conditions, roasted according to predefined standard roasting profiles, rested, and packaged in a controlled process to preserve freshness. At the same time, it is crucial that the chemical transformations occurring during the roasting process are completed accurately.
